Zachery Xavier Demon’ Henry better known by his stage name Demon’ [Pronounced Dae-Moen], is an American rapper from Tampa, Florida. In the midst of following his music career, Demon’ relocated down south and is now taking Houston, Texas by storm.
This Hip-hop phenom is breaking through the universe of conventional music with his versatility in content, substance, wordplay, and stimulating melodies. The 21 songs and 2 projects he’s released stand out in a sea of local Houston and Tampa artists. High-energy tracks like “Egotistical Freestyle,” “Get Back Freestyle,” and the breakout track, “County Flows 2” have been seeing momentous attention.
In terms of production and vibe, Demon’ is heavily influenced by Drake, Jhené Aiko Lucky Daye and Russ as they helped him accept being different in this music industry is okay. The rapper spent most of his upbringing in child-foster care with music being his only escape from reality. Harvesting his talents at the age of 9 Demon’ went from routinely performing in front of his now late grandmother to performing at Austin’s SXSW Music Festival. Music lovers deemed Demon’s artistry and presence as a “breath of fresh air.”
Demon’ claims consistent writing helped him sharpen his already sharp skills. With that intel, look for him to break onto the global stage in the not-too-distant future. Demon’ latest album “No Time for Thank You’s” is set to release late November of 2022.
